INGREDIENT LIST

1 pack Four Star Artisan Jalapeño Cheddar Brats

1 pack Pretzel Bun (Our favorites are Pretzilla Sausage Buns)

Horseradish – Kraut Sauce

1/2 cup Whole Grain mustard (Koop’s)

1/4 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Sauerkraut, drained & chopped

2 tsp. Horseradish

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Pinch Black pepper

Crispy Onion and Potato Chip Crunch

1 cup Potato Chip (Ruffles)

3/4 cup Crispy Fried Onions (Fresh Gourmet)

1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Open FSA Jalapeño Cheddar brat pack and place on paper towel. 

Pre heat grill, then place JCB on grill 2-3 minutes each side.

In a bowl combined all the Kraut-horseradish sauce ingredients and mix well.

Lightly crunch up the potato chips into another bowl and add crispy onion and chopped rosemary, mix to combined.

Lightly toast the buns and place sausage inside, top with a generous amount of the kraut-horseradish sauce and finish with a nice pile of the potato chip crunch.
