Jalapeño Cheddar Brat Foil Packs
INGREDIENT LIST
Foil Packs
1 pack Jalapeño Cheddar Brat
4 potato, quartered
3 ear corn, cut into fourths
1 onion vidalia, cut into quarters
.25 # green bean, cleaned and trimmed
.25# Yellow Wax Beans, cleaned and trimmed
.25 C. Parsley, chopped
8oz Garlic butter
8oz unsalted butter
2 oz minced garlic
1 oz chives
.5 Lemon, juiced
DIRECTIONS
FOIL PACKS:
Sear and brown each sausage in a pan and cut into fourths.
Par boil cut potatoes and corn for 5 minutes, set aside to cool
Lay out Four Large pieces of foil, approximately 24in and then fold over in half.
Divide ingredients amongst the four foil pieces, minus the parsley, season with salt and pepper and top with butter.
Fold sides of foil together, pinching the two ends together to create a seal but leaving plenty of room within the packs.
Add to a preheated over or on the grill @ 350º for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to continue to steam in the packs for 5 minute prior to opening.
GARLIC BUTTER:
Let butter soften and fold in garlic, chives and lemon juice.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and divide into four equal parts.
TO SERVE:
Place foil packs on Plates or in baskets.
Open foil packs along folded end and spread open completely, be careful of steam.
Sprinkle Chopped Parsley after opening packs, serve and enjoy!
